    You can get 100% cacao by just buying some Navitas Raw Cacao Powder. Make your own candies with coconut oil, etc.
    I use it for a hot cocoa drink with hot water, coconut oil, a little coconut milk, stevia, cinnamon, salt. Adding butter is nice also. You can get it online for the best price at http://www.vitacost.com. Don’t buy at Whole Foods, too expensive. You can add it to yogurts, cream, avocado choco mousse.

    I have also read the comments that the chocolate contains caffeine and theobromine and Durian Rider (you know him well) calls cacao a neurotoxin. I am choosing to ignore that…lol. It’s a great morning drink and I do notice that I dance around alot when I have a good dose.
