    Great episode as always! Quick question: somewhere back in an earlier podcast you mentioned a book on low-carb living that I think you described as the definitive book on how to execute a low-carb diet. I’m having trouble parsing through the podcasts to find the name of the book. Do you happen to know what the title was?
