Good to have you guys back. I was about to fuss at you guys and tell you that you’re not ALLOWED any time off and then I heard about your grandpa. So sorry Dr. Champ. I know it gives you great comfort to know that this man has had a positive effect on so many people. Many more than he could have known. It was always inspiring to hear you talk about your grandparents on the podcast over the last year. Amazing parallels in the way they lived and ate back in the day and the positive outcomes that seem to be a result of their ‘Real Food, Staying Active’ lifestyle. Many of us don’t have someone from that generation around us to be living examples of what works. Thanks for sharing him with us.
And thanks for putting out another show! Some of us were going through withdrawals.

Alcohol in moderation is not bad unless you perceive it as an outlet for your stress? Referring to the person eating m&ms and drinking a glass of wine due to stressful situations.
