  1. Oil (olive, coconut, macadamia, avocado, NEVER vegetable oils or trans-fats)
  2. Coconut manna
  3. Whey protein powder
  4. Sea salt or Himalayan salt
  5. Peppercorn grinder
  6. Cumin
  7. Turmeric
  8. Paprika
  9. Red pepper spice
  10. Other spices (seasonal)
  11. Avocado (seasonal)
  12. Macadamia nuts
  13. Almonds and other nuts (less often)
  14. Vitamins
  15. Organic/natural salsa (no artificial corn syrup or additives)
  16. Coffee
  17. Dark chocolate (bought day of cheat, over 70% dark)
